central prime location poor soundproofing street noise

The location was central. A short walk brought me to the main attractions.

The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise late into the night and early in the morning, so sleep was fitful.

mixed feelings about this stay

unresponsive a c unhelpful staff

the air conditioning system was problematic. i tried to adjust it, but the system did not respond. the front desk staff seemed unhelpful initially, then they said the a/c was not working. this situation.

perfect location friendly staff complimentary products

the location felt perfect. friendly people worked the front desk and check in was smooth. i really liked the minibar products i found and its nice those were complimentary. breakfast i had was good also.

the hotel seemed expensive for what it was.

inaccessible rooftop limited air conditioning

the rooftop garden shown in the pictures was not accessible the staff member was not helpful about this situation. the breakfast was disappointing the milk came only in long-life cartons. the air conditioning was limited by italian laws it was set to a minimum of 25 degrees it was quite warm.

the location was fine, with the trevi fountain and pantheon just short walks away. i found lovely gelato shops and restaurants everywhere. the bus stop nearby proved useful. i enjoyed the complimentary prosecco on the rooftop, it was lovely.

The room overlooked a wall, so i didn't get much sunlight.

copied credit card strong chemical odor

The hotel has potential, but I faced a couple of issues. During check-in, a staff member made a copy of my credit card, which caused me to cancel it. there was a strong chemical odor in the hotel, maybe from paint. I kept the windows open, but I slept poorly.
